Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
